Carnival Row is a fantasy series with starring Orlando Bloom. Came out at the end of August. Main film locations were in the Czech republic, middle Europe. With imagination, you could recognize some places but maybe locals will better with it. Read about places bellow
Carnival Row is set in a fictional city named The Burgue and Highlands (place with rock city). The story is about a recent influx of non-human refugees after humans have colonized their lands. The Victorian fantasy world in which they live is filled with mythological immigrant creatures, driven from their exotic homelands by the empires of men.
In series you could hear Irish accent but scenes weren’t made in Ireland. The production team spent 108 days shooting in the Czech Republic.
Price? The series was one of the most expensive ever shot in Czechia with costs around €60 million. On location shooting took place on Prague’s Prachov Rocks and the Czech city of Liberec.
