We have now returned in Denmark.
This is just to state that our tour went well. We followed the full rute and got a good impression of this region.
we think everything was ok. The transport of luggage worked fine. The routes were well-marked. We had only a few dropouts of route and the combination of maps for each day and the description pages helped us to solve these small problems.
So we will gladly recommend this tour for others

Just to let you know that we had an excellent trip in Giant mountains. The direction booklet was very good, all the hotels were good and the ones in Pec and Spindleruv were outstanding. We have walked in most of the countries in Europe and this is one of the best (possibly only the Dolomites better!).

We are back to the colder weather in England, but it seems you are destined for thunderstorms next week. We have had a wonderful time walking the Bohemian Paradise and wish to thank-you very much for organising such a good trip – we really had a great time. The weather was a bit too hot, but then we could quench our thirst with Czech’s excellent pivos! We became quite expert at istinguishing the different brands as we had the different beers in the different localities. We were very pleased that the kitchen at the Hotel Skala in Mala Skala had broken as we ate in a superb restaurant in the town With its own micro-brewery! The hotels Hruba Skala and Jicin were very good (as you would expect), the U Kvapilu, Ort and Skala in between and the Penzion Tabor at the bottom. We were surprised not to have seen any other walkers on the route, and feel that there is a great opportunity for Hoska Tours if they ran a campaign in the UK for walks in Czech. The trails are very well marked, are good to walk on, and the countryside very beautiful. All that combined with the dramatic rock towns, the friendliness of everyone we met and the not expensive accommodation makes it a very good walking destination. Flights from England are not too expensive and incorporate beautiful Prague – what more can you ask for?!
