This section is about the relationship between customers and travel company – individual entrepreneur Lubomir Hoška, HOŠKA TOUR, registered in Czech republic, in district Trade Office in Jičín with registered headquarters Zámecká 499, CZ 507 81 Lázně Bělohrad – Czech republic. Clients agree with terms and condition set out below.
1. Booking process
The client has to ask Hoska tour staff by e-mail or fill the form on czechwalks.com to make a booking. In booking have to be which tour, date, group size, special requested, contact (phone), allergy, state, type of room. The date will be confirmed as soon as possible by our staff (usually up to 24 hours but maybe later). The client will be contacted via e-mail with confirmation of tour and final price. The client has to up to 1 week final confirmed (if it is not necessarily early). With confirmation email is order blinding with all commitments.

Deposit at least 50% no later than 14 days after your final confirmation. Rest no later than 7 days before arriving and using first our service. In exceptional cases we can discuss payment no later than 7 days before arriving and starting services.
If you make group booking send one name from the group. We require one payment together.
Foreign travel insurance is highly recommended and made by the client before departure. Travellers have to carry insurance card during the stay.
5. Special request
The client has to disclose its special request when booking or later. During your stay you can no longer guarantee availability of all requirements.
6. Change in price
Hoška tour reserves the right to increase the price of tours in case the Czech crown will decrease by more than 10%. Likewise, in the case of higher costs associated with transportation. In the event of a price increase of trips, due to changes in the exchange rate of the Czech koruna, will increase the package price determined as the difference between the total price of services depending on the exchange rate on the date of purchase of services and the total cost of those services on the date of booking. Increase tour price is due in the amount of CZK determined by calculation. Hoška tour has the right to increase the prices of tours of the foregoing, no later than 21 days before the start of the tour. Price increase to 10% of the total package price is no reason for opting out of the tour.
7. Change in booking
The client is required to report changes immediately as they occur. In some changes such type of room. They may incur additional charges
The client is required to pay the following cancellation fees when cancelling:
20% longer than 30 days before arriving
50% from 29 to 8 days before arriving
100% from 7 to 0 days before arriving
Hoška tour reserves the right to cancel a tour in exceptional circumstances.
9. Passports and visas
The client is responsible for has all the requisites for entering the country.
If the tour does not take place in accordance with contractual terms and conditions, the client is entitled to complain about poor service to a local contact, or in writing within one month after returning from the trip.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, it is possible that the customer turned to the Czech Trade Inspection and commenced proceedings for judicial resolution of consumer disputes. Hoska tour does not sell flight/train tickets and aims to meet all the delay but does not guarantee to ensure follow-up services. Please claim from the airline/railway company direct and/or your travel insurance policy for any such loss.
Hoška tour is really not responsible for weather condition. The Czech Republic lies in the moderate temperature zone.
13. Our responsibility
Hoska tour responsibility is to fulfil all the commitments promised at booking. Hoska tour is not responsible for natural disasters and terrorist attacks. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or another claim of any description whatsoever which results from: – the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or ‘force majeure’ as defined in clause 8 above. We are not responsible for the theft, damage to baggage,
14. You responsibility
Follow all our recommendations and comply with prohibitions. You should be careful.
15. Data protection
Hoska tour will use all data only by staff or partners (hotels, transport) if necessary. Data will be used only with the affair of the trip and will not be provided to third parties.
16. Website information
We hope our information on website czechwalks.com is correct but we reserve the right to make changes before making final confirmation after booking.
