Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Prague

Transfer from Václav Havel Airport Prague to your hotel. PRAGUE – capital. Evening downtown city tour. Having dinner in the stylish pub (not included). Welcome drink. Accommodation in Prague: hotel ****.

Day 2Prague

PRAGUE (UNESCO) – city walking tour. Old Town Square is the heart of historic town filled by baroque buildings, gothic churches and mediaeval astronomical clocks. Famous Charles bridge is lined by statues of catholic saints. You will also visit the extensive Prague castle area. Accommodation in Prague: hotel ****.

Day 3South Bohemian and Český Krumlov

HOLAŠOVICE (UNESCO) – „South Bohemian rural baroque “, well-preserved medieval village. HLUBOKÁ NAD VLTAVOU – chateau, an important area with a large park of European importance. ČESKÝ KRUMLOV (UNESCO) – second largest castle area in Czechia. The medieval city centre is surrounded by the meander of the Vltava River. Accommodation in Český Krumlov, hotel***.

Day 4Hidden UNESCO heritage

TELČ (UNESCO) – renaissance chateau, several Renaissance and Baroque houses on the square. TŘEBÍČ (UNESCO) – Jewish Quarter and Romanesque-Gothic Basilica of St. Prokop. Accommodation in Brno, hotel****.

Day 5South Moravia

Circuit through South Moravia with a return to Brno. LEDNICE – VALTICE AREA (UNESCO) – the largest park landscape in Europe with many monuments. Chateaus, mansions, minaret, temples, chapels, belvedere, etc. Evening local wine tasting and dinner in the original Moravian wine cellar. Return to the hotel in Brno during the evening.

Day 6Central Moravia

Transfer to Central Moravia. KROMĚŘÍŽ (UNESCO) – chateau, an exceptionally well-preserved example of a Central European Baroque residence, the Baroque Flower Garden. OLOMOUC (UNESCO) – historic city centrum. The Holy Trinity Column is decorated with many statues. Accommodation in Olomouc, hotel****.

Day 7Old architecture

Transfer to Prague. LITOMYŠL (UNESCO) – renaissance chateau with a unique sgraffito decoration. KLADRUBY NAD
LABEM (newly in UNESCO) – one of the oldest stud farms in the world. Home of Kladruber. KUTNÁ HORA (UNESCO) – historic city centrum, a jewel of European significance. Gothic church of St. Barbara and many other sights. Dinner in the stylish pub, farewell drink. Accommodation in Prague, hotel***.

Day 8Departure from Prague

Transfer to international Václav Havel airport Prague during the day.
